About me
Heidi Fahning serves as the REACH Lab Research Project Director. Heidi earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota and most recently was a faculty member in the John Martinson Honors College at Purdue University. Her research interests and experience revolve around youth and communities, particularly exploring and fostering belonging, civic engagement, and well-being. She strives for research to apply to communities, and her approach is informed by nearly a decade of research, grant writing, and evaluation experience across various contexts.
