About me
Phillip L. Ealy brings a wealth of leadership, mentoring, teaching, and coaching experience to his role as the coaching coordinator for the CYFAR PDTA Center. As a retired Army officer, he has honed his skills in guiding and mentoring others. He holds a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development, a Master of Professional Studies degree in Organization Development and Change from Pennsylvania State University, and a B.S. in Communications from West Virginia State University.
